Minimum term: three months. Contracts substantially longer or more complex than the page limits, or multi‑party/“deal‑package” reviews, may be quoted at a flat fee or at the subscriber hourly rate. Extremely complex or heavily negotiated deals (for example, long‑form recording or major talent agreements) may be scoped and priced separately, even for subscribers. Platform appeals, escalated negotiations with repeat infringers, or pre‑litigation demand letters are typically quoted separately or billed at the subscriber hourly rate.
All subscription plans are billed monthly, beginning with a three-month initial commitment and allowing for month-to-month flexibility thereafter. Each plan, which may include our contract review services, comes with a written scope of work so you know exactly what is covered before you enroll. Work outside the specified scope (such as extensive negotiations or complex transaction structures) may incur additional charges, but we also offer flat-fee services for such tasks.
